INSOLVENCY & RESTRUCTURING
We advise on legal planning and commercial strategy in insolvency cases. We analyze in depth the participants – creditors and debtor companies – and the scenario where they operate; looking at short, medium, and long term objectives.
We advise debtors in the elaboration of reorganization proposals; and creditors, to maximize their credit recovery, whether a restructuring is sought, keeping the company in operation, or focusing in the liquidation of assets.
Likewise, we represent creditors in cross- border insolvency procedures, initiated in Chile or abroad, assisting them in making decisions of high strategic value.
