He develops his practice in arbitrations and litigation before ordinary courts, and in contentious- administrative matters.
Also, he has led company reorganization and liquidation procedures under Law No. 20,720, both on behalf of the debtor company and creditors.
He has represented Chilean clients and multinational companies in commercial and civil liability conflicts, related to EPC contracts, public tenders and corporate disputes, among others. He has extensive experience in domestic and international litigation and arbitration, and is arbitrator at the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
In regulatory matters, he represents clients in all types of contentious-administrative matters, such as summaries, claims of illegality, protection before the Council for Transparency and the Constitutional Court, among others.
He teaches Insolvency at the Universidad del Desarrollo, and was formerly an assistant in the Department of Private Law at the University of Chile and also collaborating with the Institute of Judicial Studies and the Judicial Academy, teaching classes to officials. of the Judicial Branch throughout Chile.
